Girl Generator is a free AI image generator that creates high-quality girl portraits, anime characters, and fantasy art from text or image prompts. We believe creative tools should be accessible, fast, and fun — no design skills required.
Our Mission
Make state-of-the-art AI image generation available to everyone, with a focus on character and portrait generation. No watermarks on free outputs. No locked-in workflows. Just type a prompt and create.
The Technology
Girl Generator is powered by the Nano Banana 2 model, accessed through the kie.ai API. We chose Nano Banana 2 for its strong character consistency, fast generation times, and high resolution output. The platform is built with Next.js 15, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, deployed on Cloudflare Workers via OpenNext for global low-latency delivery.

Who Built It
Girl Generator is built and maintained by Charlie Wang, an indie maker who ships small, focused web products. Charlie has been building software for over a decade and is interested in how generative AI changes what one person can ship.
